HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Team Challenge is point based. The team with the most points Feb 28th wins!

PRIZE? 6 month unlimited membership for all winning team participants. 

HOW TEAMs EARN POINTS

  • 100 Points for every time you attend a workout (500 point weekly maximum. NO points for doubles)
  • 250 points for every inch that you lose.
  • 500-? points for your challenge completed.
  • 1,500 points for completing Camel back hike (Take selfie at top with something to show for date. Email picture to support@bodyvision.com)
  • 1,500 points for completing Squaw Peak hike (Take selfie at top with something to show for date. Email picture to support@bodyvision.com)
  • 1,000 points for each team member that attends the FREE Nutrition Seminar on Jan 16th at 6:45pm or Jan 17th at 12pm. Cannot attend Nutrition seminar twice. 
  • 2,500 points for team if a teammate is voted best before and after. Male and Female.  

TUG OF WAR CHALLENGE

WHEN? Feb 24th at 7am

WHERE? Cactus Park. Located on the N/E corner of Scottsdale Rd and Cactus.

WEAR? Your team colored shirt. ALSO BRING workout, construction or gardening gloves!

TREADMILL CHALLENGE

One teammate must complete the treadmill challenge by Feb 28th. Teammate who completes this challenge cannot sub-in for the bike, plank or row challenge. One challenge per teammate. Find times to book this challenge in app starting Jan 22nd. Book your time before it's too late. there is a 24 hour notice to book your time. Please do not just show up. space is limited. 

POINTS? 1000 POINTS FOR EVERY MILE COMPLETED

TIME? 2.5 HOUR MAXIMUM 

RULES?

  • No restroom breaks. Cannot exit treadmill unless you are done.
  • DO NOT jump or stand on rails. 500 point deduction each time. 

BIKE CHALLENGE

One teammate must complete the bike challenge by Feb 28th. Teammate who completes this challenge cannot sub-in for the treadmill, plank or row challenge. One challenge per teammate. Find times to book this challenge in app starting Jan 22nd. Book your time before it's too late. there is a 24 hour notice to book your time. PleasedDo not just show up. space is limited. 

POINTS? 500 POINTS FOR EVERY MILE COMPLETED

TIME? 2.5 HOURS MAXIMUM

RULES? 

  • No restroom breaks. Cannot exit bike unless you are done.
  • DO NOT take your feet off pedals while spinning. 500 point deduction each time. 

ROW CHALLENGE

One teammate must complete the row challenge by Feb 28th. Teammate who completes this challenge cannot sub-in for the treadmill, bike, or plank challenge. One challenge per teammate. Find times to book this challenge in app starting Jan 22nd. Book your time before it's too late. there is a 24 hour notice to book your time. Do not just show up. space is limited. 

POINTS? 1000 POINTS FOR EVERY 1,000 METERS COMPLETED

TIME? 90 MIN MAXIMUM 

RULES?

  • No restroom breaks. Cannot exit rower unless you are done.
  • Correct form. Must have proper row technique. 

 

PLANK CHALLENGE

One teammate must complete the plank challenge by Feb 28th. Teammate who completes this challenge cannot sub-in for the treadmill, bike, or row challenge. One challenge per teammate. Find times to book this challenge in app starting Jan 22nd. Book your time before it's too late. there is a 24 hour notice to book your time. Do not just show up. space is limited. 

POINTS? 1000 POINTS FOR EVERY MINUTE HELD

TIME? 15 MIN MAXIMUM 

RULES?

  • Plank must be flat from heels to shoulders, otherwise time will stop.
  • Both elbows and forearms must be touching ground at all times, otherwise time will stop.
  • No bending at hips, otherwise time will stop.
