With infectious motivation and encouragement, our trainers will spend 1 hour demonstrating exercises, correcting your form and modifying exercises if needed, all while pushing and pulling your intensity levels to keep you in your targeted heart-rate zone. This so-called "sweet spot" helps maximize your caloric burn during your workout, and for several hours after you leave.


Rob is the Founder and Operator of BodyVision. Rob has been an experienced Fitness Trainer and Exercise Scientist for over 14 years. He has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures including Founder of FitVision, BodyVision 3D Morphing Technology and founder of Xccelerate Nutrition Supplement line.  Rob stated - "Even though Group Fitness has been around for many years, I believe the evolution of Group Fitness is just getting started."

Jes has over a decade of experience teaching fitness.  Her passion and energy for fitness is evident in her classes.  Jes will not just inspire you and push you out of your comfort zones, she will take time to invest in you personally and understand your goals.  Having taught everything from bootcamp to barre, gives Jes the needed knowledge and experience to take your workouts to another level.

Daren received his Master's Degree from the University of New Mexico.  Daren holds Group X and PT certifications through AFAA/NASM.  Daren enjoys teaching a variety of Group Training formats to include Les Mills Body Pump, HIIT Cycling and Total Body Conditioning for all fitness levels. Daren's passion for driving client results is based on 3 key fitness and lifestyle  ingredients - Consistency, Efficiency and Intensity.  With over 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Daren's life has been committed to setting an example as a Fitness Leader by inspiring others that anything is possible if you chose to make it a priority.

Chris is an energetic and passionate personal trainer who has had a wide range of clients from professional athletes to individuals looking to start a healthier lifestyle. Chris earned a degree in kinesiology and he understands the science behind what he teaches, and uses that knowledge to ensure all clients achieve their goals. He emphasizes how to correctly perform exercises to increase results while also reducing injury risks. He uses his passion for exercise to excite his clients and motivate them to reach their full potential.

I moved to AZ just about a year ago from New Jersey. I was looking for a change from the hustle and bustle of living on the east coast.  I started my fitness journey back in 2008.  Prior to that you would RARELY see me at the gym.  I always had a gym membership and joked that I was contributing to the gym foundation!  I was VERY unhealthy and out of shape!  I also was very shy and would always hide in the back of a group x class whenever I did go.  

At a very young age, I picked up a very bad habit.  I smoked on and off (more on than off) for over 16 years and failed a lung function test when I was 31.  That's when I knew I needed to change my life and start taking my health more seriously.  I stopped smoking but that wasn't enough.  I knew I had to workout to improve my lungs.  

I was never disciplined with going to the gym.  I knew the only way that would happen was if I made it responsibility.  That's when I decided to become a group fitness instructor and the rest is history.  I am now certified in 5 different group fitness programs.  I found my passion and purpose in life and I grew and developed into someone I never thought existed.  

In 2012, I became a certified personal trainer with the purpose and desire of helping more people change their lives.  I currently hold a NASM certification in personal training and weight loss specialization.
