Being the manager and head coach of Arrowhead BodyVision, she never imagined her passion would turn into such a rewarding career. As an athlete in college, fitness came naturally, but now as an adult participating in a Spartan obstacle course racing, NPC figure competitions and all types of 5k, 10k & 1/2 marathon races, she wants everyone to find their inner athlete at whatever age they may be. Susan Miller has over 10 years of experience in Group Fitness. She has been passionate about fitness her entire life and has used that passion to help many people attain their fitness goals. Not only has she taught and coached classes, she also has experience as Group Fitness Manager where she led a team of over 40 instructors for 5 years. During that time, she built an extremely successful, well working fitness schedule, expertly matching classes with very skilled instructors. Susan holds certifications in Les Mills’ barbell strength training program (Bodypump©), as well as HIIT cycling (Sprint©), along with a kettlebell basics certificate. Susan has been a valuable mentor to new fitness instructors at ASU West/Sun Devil Fitness, winning “Instructor of the Year” award in 2014.
Susan continues to use her expertise in Group Fitness in her personal training, where she has successfully created challenging and effective workouts for a variety of clients with a broad spectrum of fitness levels and goals.
