With infectious motivation and encouragement, our trainers will spend 1 hour demonstrating exercises, correcting your form and modifying exercises if needed, all while pushing and pulling your intensity levels to keep you in your targeted heart-rate zone. This so-called "sweet spot" helps maximize your caloric burn during your workout, and for several hours after you leave.

Rob is the Founder and Operator of BodyVision. Rob has been an experienced Fitness Trainer and Exercise Scientist for over 14 years. He has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures including Founder of FitVision, BodyVision 3D Morphing Technology and founder of Xccelerate Nutrition Supplement line.  Rob stated - "Even though Group Fitness has been around for many years, I believe the evolution of Group Fitness is just getting started."

DAREN P.

Daren received his Master's Degree from the University of New Mexico.  Daren holds Group X and PT certifications through AFAA/NASM.  Daren enjoys teaching a variety of Group Training formats to include Les Mills Body Pump, HIIT Cycling and Total Body Conditioning for all fitness levels. Daren's passion for driving client results is based on 3 key fitness and lifestyle  ingredients - Consistency, Efficiency and Intensity.  With over 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Daren's life has been committed to setting an example as a Fitness Leader by inspiring others that anything is possible if you chose to make it a priority.

STEPHANIE D.

Stephanie is passionate about health, fitness and helping clients reach their goals. She has been working as a fitness professional for almost seven years, training one on one as well as group fitness. Throughout her fitness career she has been continuously learning how to provide the best possible training for her clients.  She is currently completing a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She enjoys anything active: running, swimming, cycling, resistance training, yoga, hiking. She is typically training for an event of some kind ranging from sprint and Olympic distance Triathlon to half and full marathon distance events.
